This notice describes how the aiCONTENT native mobile app handles information.
We use account data to authenticate you, selected media and instructions to create the requested video, status data to show progress and history, and receipt data to verify purchases before granting credits. We do not use face recognition for authentication. The app has no advertising and does not use cross-app tracking.
After you consent to processing the specific media for a requested feature, selected photos, video, prompts, and instructions may be sent to OpenAI, Google Gemini, or the Higgsfield API (including Genjutsu), depending on the requested feature and the server-side flow. OpenAI handles character and background references and may handle video analysis; Google Gemini may handle video analysis; Higgsfield handles video generation. Higgsfield's API terms state that request records containing input parameters and output metadata are retained while its account remains active, and that generated media is available for at least seven days and may then be permanently deleted. The same terms state that API content may be used to train or improve Higgsfield models unless the workspace opts out or a contract provides otherwise. Provider policies, account settings, legal requirements, and safety exceptions can change or affect these rules; these provider periods do not replace our own storage and deletion process.

Media is stored in owner-scoped private storage and served through authenticated access. Signed URLs, logs, backups, and provider transfers are handled under the safeguards described in this notice.
You may use the operating system’s share or download flow for finished media where the feature is enabled. Sharing is user initiated. We do not claim that a shared copy can be recalled from a third party.
If you actively opt in to the public leaderboard, we publish only the pseudonym you choose, your count of successful paid video generations, and your current rank. Your email address, phone number, account identifiers, source or reference photos, prompts, generated results, and other account content remain private. You can opt out at any time; opting out or deleting the account removes the account from the public ranking.
You can start deletion in the app from Account > Delete account and confirm with your password. The process disables the account immediately, then permanently purges the account and linked private media after 30 days.
Transaction, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained for as long as applicable law or a legitimate legal/security need requires. No fixed retention period is stated here until the operator confirms the applicable requirements.
